How did I get here?

In 2016, I started training at the Institute for Functional Medicine at Cleveland Clinic, USA. Functional Medicine looks for the cause of the cause of the cause of our physical, emotional and mental issues, to try to revert and solve them.

It was at that point that I understood that being a physician will always be a strength in my care to others…but, my deepest passion is to help people  overcome their emotional, psychological and spiritual problems.

In March 2019 I started training as an Ontologic Coach (study of the self) at the UTARD School in Costa Rica, obtaining my certification in December and strengthening my education even more throughout the first months of the year 2020.  I proposed and developed the innovative creative ontological coaching sessions which have marveolous and amazing results.

During the year 2020 and finishing in 2021, I took and intensive training in systemic comprehension, interior child trauma, unconscious covenants and loyalties and the use of figures in therapy (powerfull tools that help project the unconscious issues) at the Inner Science School, Spain, with its founder, Olga Gil.

Actually I am studying Positive Phsicology (with Tal Ben Shahar´s marvelous knowledge and courses).

I belong to the Costa Rican Chapter of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), the International Federation of Professional Ontological Coaching (FICOP, Spanish acronym), the Professional Ontologic Coaching Association (AsoCOOP, Spanish acronym) and the Interior Science Community (Spain).

Combining my different studies, knowledge, background and my personal experiences, my offer is unique and fresh, efficient, creative and always improving.
